We seek to employ Early Childhood professionals with the best credentials. Our teachers are required to hold a Child Development Associate’s (CDA), or an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree. We further strive to find those individuals who have had prior experience with young children in Early Childhood environments. We employ part-time staff members, as well, who tend to be college students pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education.

The Early Childhood professionals at our Center work as a team to provide hands-on learning experiences emphasizing cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of all children.

Our program places special emphasis on the professional development of all staff members, striving to exceed the standards required by the State. In-house seminars are provided and attendance at professional workshops and courses is encouraged and supported.

In addition, the LACCC staff is CPR/AED/FA certified and possess an AED machine on the property.
