We do a two part interview process where we meet with candidates in a traditional interview setting but we also require candidates to “try out” in our classrooms for the shift they are actually applying for. During this “try out” the team members will be assessing the candidate’s performance in relation to our job expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
Full Time: CDA, experience in Early Childhood group care experience preferred.
Part Time: High school diploma, Early Childhood College Students welcomed, Early Childhood group care experience preferred.
